Can I order by postal mail, fax, or email?We don't recommend you place an order by email. Email is not a secure method of sending credit card information. To place an order by postal mail or fax, send us the following information: - Product name and preferred language

- Your billing and shipping addresses and phone numbers. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Can I purchase older versions of your products?No. We only sell the latest versions of our products. For information on upgrading to the most current version please see our upgrades page.
What happens if the item I want is out of stock?When you place an order in our online store for an item that is out of stock, a notice will appear on the online order form. The notice will include the expected ship date. You may either proceed with the order or cancel your order. We will not charge your credit card for out of stock items. You will be billed once we actually ship your order.
What are my payment options?Credit card, money order, or wire transfer. CREDIT CARD:- Sony Creative Software accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and JCB.
- When paying by credit card, please provide your credit card number, expiration date, and the exact name on the card.
- We will ship your order within 24-48 hours.
- Ordering by credit card can be done online or by calling Customer Service.

Will I be charged sales tax for my order?Wisconsin residents will be charged 5.5% state sales tax. Residents outside the United States may be subject to VAT due to regulations of the country in which they live.
Are there additional charges for shipping outside the United States?Additional import duties, fees, and/or taxes may apply to international shipments. Please contact your customs office for information on possible additional charges.
How can I receive promotional mailings?When you order or register a product online, we ask you if you would like to receive promotional mailings by email. You can choose not to receive these promotional mailings when you register with us or at any time afterward. - To receive promotional mailings by email, check the "I would like to receive news..." boxes when you order from our online store, or when you register your product online.

What is a Keycode?Keycodes let you take part in special promotions and discounted prices. Look for keycodes in our ads, special promotional mailings, and our catalogs to take advantage of these offers when available.
How do I cancel an order?We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped. To cancel an order, contact our Customer Service department as soon as possible, preferably by phone. Fax and email cancellations are also accepted, but decrease the likelihood we are able to cancel the order before it has been shipped. If you receive an order that you wanted to cancel, refuse shipment by the delivery provider. They will return the package to us. If you are unable to refuse shipment, please contact Customer Service to arrange a return. We will not accept returns of opened or downloadable software. Please refer to our End User License Agreement for further information about opened software and terms of use.
